Stressed the f out trying to cement my travel plans. Almost sounds like an oxymoron. Traveling and cement? Doesn't go together. Unfortunately the control freak part of me me needs to book tickets in the most economical and leisurely way and I am probably going to back out of my well-laid itinerary of train travel. Even though I developed interests in Zaragoza, wanted to climb Mt. Tibidabo (to make up for not doing it last time), and Lyon (different part of France), ultimately I do not think having one or two days in each place is a desirable way to travel. Especially if I will be hauling my luggage through train stations and getting lost looking for my hostels! So maybe I will just do Madrid (exceptionally briefly), Lisbon, Paris, Geneva, Milan (briefly), and Cinque Terre. That will be good and not exhausting. Plus I will get more time in my favorite city, Paris. Spain will have to wait until next time. Writing that out makes me so sad. But that's a lot of countries...Spain Portugal France Switzerland Italy. Yeesh!! Impossible to do everything in 18 days!
